About Jackie Kerr
Jackie is from a Recruitment, HR and Management background. Before she started her own Recruitment Agency, she worked for a local Independent Agency, which gave her the groundings and moral attitude to run her own Agency. 22 years on, she still answers the phone, carries out sales, visits clients and most importantly, brings fun, laughter and motivates the team. You can always find her on the phone, speaking with a long-standing client, many of which have become her friends, joking and putting the world to right with any topic of the year. This does not take away her seriousness in her employees providing a top-notch service to clients, following high levels of procedures daily, ensuring that clients are provided with the perfect candidates.
About Fraser Evans
Fraser started at Jackie Kerr Recruitment over 6 years ago, growing from Apprentice to Branch Manager within 3 and a half years. He has built up a strong knowledge and a wide range of clients, within the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors. His ability to fill a vacancy with speed, accuracy and expertise, within a short space of time, is admired by his Recruitment Team. Fraser’s clients return again and again, to use his unique service. An example of this is working with a business to grow from 10 members of staff to 40, continuing year on year.
